Annual Mandatory Water Restriction
The mandatory water restriction is effective as of May 1st - September 30th each year.
All residential water takers are only permitted to do outside watering 2 days per week. (This does not apply to home vegetable gardens, commercial agriculture and livestock. Also exempt is water used for the core function of a business.)
Permitted Outside Watering Days and Times:
Water takers with a street address ending in even numbers (example 0, 2, 4, 6, 8) may water on Tuesday and Saturday beginning at 12:00 midnight until 9:00 AM. There is no outside watering permitted from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Watering can then resume at 5:00 PM until 12:00 midnight for each of these two days.
Water takers with a street address ending in odd numbers (example 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) may water on Wednesday and Sunday beginning at 12:00 midnight until 9:00 AM. There is no outside watering permitted from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Watering can then resume at 5:00 PM until 12:00 midnight for each of these two days.
