Tips for Saving Water

Install a low flow showerhead and keep showers under five minutes.

A household faucet runs at 3 to 5 gallons a minute. Check appliances, toilets, connecting hoses and faucets for leaks. Even a pinhole leak can waste up to 170 gallons a day.
